Dr. Andrew E. Slatkow

Honest, professional and hardworking are how patients describe Dr. Andrew E. Slatkow, owner of Laser Hair Concepts. A native of South Florida, Dr. Slatkow was born in Miami, raised in Coral Gables and Pompano Beach, and has called Boca Raton and Delray Beach home as an adult. He has served as a Chiropractic Physician for almost 30 years. A graduate of Pompano Beach High School, the University of South Florida and Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Slatkow's success in his practice and the laser hair removal field has always been his honest approach, a strong commitment to his patients and his great personality. Dr. Slatkow wastes no time identifying what can and can't be done on an individualized basis. He earns the confidence of discriminating patients by demanding the highest level of competency and works relentlessly with his staff to deliver satisfying results.

Personable and passionate about his practice and his patients, Dr. Slatkow has developed an excellent reputation not just among the thousands of patients he has treated, but also among his fellow colleagues in the medical profession.

  • Dr. Slatkow serves as a qualified expert witness in litigation cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. He is also called upon by the State of Florida Worker 's Compensation, serving as an Expert Medical Adviser.
  • Dr. Slatkow has a working knowledge of Spanish, Creole and Portuguese.

Laser Hair Philosophy
Dr. Slatkow takes his passion for healthcare and the best interests of his patients and applies these same principles and philosophies in the treatment of patients at Laser Hair Concepts, a cosmetic care practice he opened in 2003.

Personal Passions
When not caring for patients, Dr. Slatkow is a sports enthusiast who enjoys tennis, scuba diving, fishing, golf and snow skiing.

Aimee Edler

Cosmetic Care Technician

In 1995, Aimee Elder joined the Slatkow Chiropractic Clinic as office manager. Then in 2003, Dr. Slatkow opened Laser Hair Concepts, a state-of-the-art Pulsed-Light-Laser cosmetic-care hair-removal boutique. Under Dr. Slatkow's supervision, Ms. Edler became the chief technician, administering various cosmetic-care procedures. Since Laser Care Concepts was opened, Ms. Edler has performed more than 1500 procedures. She has received clinical and advanced training on Light-Based Procedures for laser hair removal and photofacial rejuvenation.

Aimee was born and raised in Syracuse New York . A graduate from State University of New York (SUNY) with a Bachelors Degree in 1993, she is also a Registered Chiropractic Assistant with the State of Florida .
